| Circle of Concern provides emergency and long term assistance to low-income families and individuals who live within the Parkway, Rockwood and Valley Park school district areas. Circle began helping families in the late 1960's. Members of a handful of area congregations joined together to assist those burdened by poverty, primarily pockets of rural poverty among families who lived near the Missouri or Meramec rivers.
